Questions owners ask
Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. Paste each room's calendar address from Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo into OPALSTAYS, and OPALSTAYS's address into the site. Bookings and closed dates come in about every 30 minutes and close the same dates on the other sites. Prices are not synced, and the sites do not share guest names in their calendars.
How long is the free trial?
14 days with every feature, no card needed. After that, choose a plan and pay by UPI to keep using it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. OPALSTAYS PMS runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Can I run more than one property?
Yes. One account holds all your properties, each with its own rooms, prices, staff and reports.
Can my staff log in with their own account?
Yes. You add each person with their email, a role such as front desk or housekeeping, and the properties they work at.
Does it make GST invoices?
Bills show tax at the rate you set. Proper GST tax invoices come in a later version, after review with a chartered accountant.
